LAST PICTURES

Remember how I told you I'd love to win the Hotpicks Contest, because the prize was a new camera?
Well that's because mine is broken :((
I was at a birthday party, when I asked my friend to take a picture of me and another friend and she dropped it. Luckily it's "only" a small digital camera.

Wisst ihr noch wie ich meinte, dass ich gerne den Hotpicks Contest gewinnen möchte, weil der Preis eine neue Kamera ist?
Das ist weil meine kaputt ist :((
Ich war bei einer Party als ich eine Freundin bat ein Bild von mir und einer anderen Freundin zu machen und sie ließ sie fallen. Zum Glück war es "nur" eine kleine Digitalkamera.

Repairman  says it's a hopeless case.
This is a perfect excuse to finally get a new camera. And I've been thinking about a dslr. Now I'm not even going to ask you Canon or Nikon because Nikon users will say Nikon and Canon users will go for Canon. Naturally. And it's not like I can afford a dslr at the moment anyway. x)

Die Reparatur sagt, es ist hoffnungslos.
Das ist die perfekte Aurede mir eine neue Kamera zu holen. Und ich habe an eine Spiegelreflexkamera gedacht. Ich werde euch gar nicht erst fragen ob Canon oder Nikon, weil Nikonbenutzer Nikon sagen werden und Canonbenutzer Canon. Natürlich. Und es ist eh nicht so, als könnte ich mir eine Spiegelreflex im Moment leisten. x)

I'm sure there a plenty of good digital cameras for less on market these days.
Although I rather liked to save the money and buy a dslr later. But I need something now to continue working and taking my own pictures.
Sucks when you've broken your camera, because blogging just doesn't work without a camera.
Btw that Party was fuckin hilarious! Good times :)

Ich bin mir sicher, dass es heutzutage viele gute Digitalkameras zum günstigen Preis auf dem Markt gibt.
Dabei würde ich viel lieber in einer Spiegelreflex investieren. Aber ich brauche jetzt etwas, damit ich weiter arbeiten und eigene Fotos machen kann.
Sucks wenn die Kamera kaputt ist, denn blogging geht einfach ohne Kamera nicht.
Btw diese Party war ziemlich lusitg! Good times :)

KAUF DICH GLÜCKLICH MIT NADINE

Last Saturday I went to Kauf Dich Glücklich with Nadine to trade our all clothes (i.e Missbuys) for Jetons that we'll need for the Skyy Swapping Party.

Letzen Samstag war ich mit Nadine bei Kauf Dich Glücklich um unsere Altkleidung (i.e. Fehlkäufe) abzugeben, damit wir im Gegenzug Jetons für die Skyy Swapping Party erhalten.

Der Laden ist echt klasse, so viele tolle Sachen und dass die untere Etage ein Waffelcafe ist, ist ja noch viel verlockender! Nadine ist unglaublich nett. (Schaut euch mal an was sie an hat! Ich liebe ihr outfit <3)

TRENDS: BOLD COLORS

Stylight asked me for my trend predictions for this year and the first thing that came to my mind were colors. Bright colors.
Bold colors are a big hit this season. Not only because they are vital factor for Color blocking, a trend that has been a major hit on the runway and welcomed with open arms and hyped much in the bloggersphere, but also to satisfy our need of colors. Bold colors makes one happy. Well, they make me happy.^^ And who doesn't like to be happy?
Hot Label for this season? Must be Jil Sander, because she has nicely interpreted the meaning of Color blocking for us.

Stylight hat mich nach meiner Trend Prognose für dieses Jahr gefragt und das erste woran ich denken musste, waren Farben. Knallige Farben.
Knallige Farben sind ein großer Hit in dieser Saison. Nicht nur, weil sie ein wesentlicher Faktor für das Colorblocking sind, ein Trend, der ein großer Hit auf den Laufstegen war und von der Bloggersphere mit offenen Armen empfangen und auch sehr gehyped wurde, aber auch um unser Bedürfnis nach Farbe zu stillen. Knallige Farben machen glücklich. Mich jedenfalls ^^. Und wer wäre nicht gern glücklich?
Hot Label für diese Saison? Müsste wohl Jil Sander sein, denn die hat das Colorblocking schön für uns interpretiert.

STACKED UP

Much is more. Stacking is the new way of wearing it.

Most of the armbands are from H&M, but the black one with the peace sign is from lovely Barbara. We wanted to exchange our armbands after she got the one that I wanted and I the one she wanted from Stylight. Sadly mine was shamelessly ripped out of the letter on the way to her.

What do you think: One stunner or stacking? Or is stacking too much? ;)

Viel ist mehr. Stapeln ist der neue Weg es zu tragen.

Die meisten Armbänder sind von H&M, aber das schwarze Armband mit dem Peace Zeichen habe ich von der lieben Barbara. Wir wollten unsere Armbänder tauschen, nach dem sie das erhielt, dass ich haben wollte und ich das was sie wollte von Stylight. Leider ist meins auf dem Weg zu ihr unverschämterweise aus den Brief gerissen worden.

Was denkt ihr:  Ein einziger Stunner oder stapeln? Oder ist Stapeln doch zu viel? ;)
